we are working on shorts putts

This is the best way to get the ball started on line. Since we are working on shorts putts, distance control is not as big an issue. Most short putts that are missed are because of poor aim or a ball hit offline. Pace is typically not the k15 ping driver. Please use the following steps to make your path straight to hit your putts on line and lower your scores.1.Take 4 VHS tapes and lay them on the ground. 2.Put them in 2 rows.3.Take your putter and separate the two rows so that they are slightly wider apart than the width of your putter head.4.Place a ball in the middle of the cassettes.5.Set up to the ball.6.After hitting a few ping k15 driver. Place a soda can 3-5 feet in front of where you are aiming. The can is smaller than a regular hole which makes your practice even more effective. The object of the drill is to not let your putter touch the cassettes. By grooving this path between the cassettes you will develop a consistent move back and through that will give you the best opportunity to start your ball on line and make more short putts.Good luck with your practicing and playing. May you ‘Play Your Golf Dreams’ sooner with the .

your local pro shop

They would be able to point you in the right direction, especially if they’ve seen you play. Or ask at your local pro shop and see what they would recommend for discount golf equipment. Asking people who play the game is the best way to get ideas for which set of golf clubs could be the best fit for you. Once you narrow down the search you can always test drive the golf clubs at your local dealer to get a whoesale golf clubs for what you’re buying and to see if they are the best possible clubs for your swing and the level of player you are. Two tips I feel are important for anyone looking to buy a beginner set of golf clubs is diablo edge irons for sale; look for perimeter weighted golf clubs instead of forged blades this will help with forgiveness on off center shots and help you enjoy the game. Also try and pick up graphite shafts instead of steel shafts, this will limit the amount of feedback or vibrations on shots you miss hit and also help you enjoy the k15 ping driver more. Once you have your swing and are comfortable enough to know what you want and see an improvement in your game, then see about some higher end clubs. After you make your decision, check out a few discount dealers, pro shops or even some local garage sales for ping k15 driver. You can get a decent set of new starter golf clubs for $200 or $300 from a discount golf shop or maybe a better set of clubs for a lot less from someone’s garage. Heck they might even throw in a golf bag and some golfing accessories you’ll probably need. Finally and most importantly, enjoy the game and lower scores will come in time!

Golf Club

The beautiful golf courses of northern Oakland County can make you feel as if you're actually in northern Michigan, while offering up some of the best golf in the state. Extra nice: you don't have to pay steep dues to play them, either. Fieldstone Golf Club, owned by the city of Auburn Hills, has received rave reviews since it opened 12 years ago. Golf Digest gave it four stars, and it consistently ranks at the top of regional "best of" lists. Eighteen holes, designed by celebrated golf course architect whoesale golf clubs, wind through rolling fairways, wind-swept meadows, wetlands and corridors of mature hardwoods. Other amenities include a bent grass practice range, practice bunker, putting green, pro shop and the Vista Grille, which serves up sandwiches, steak and after-golf cocktails. Pine Trace Golf Club in Rochester Hills, also designed by Hills, is often compared to top northern Michigan courses. It has 18 holes nestled among 193 wooded acres and is known for the food at its Pine Trace Grille. Sister course Shepherd's Hollow in Clarkston, is built into a park-like retreat set aside by the Detroit province of the Society of Jesus, a Roman Catholic order of priests. With holes shoehorned into scenic ridges and valleys, and trees planted by the priests themselves, it could be argued that the 27-hole championship design is truly blessed. As with Pine Trace, it offers a driving range, practice center and pro shop, as well as the Restaurant at Shepherd's Hollow.Of course, some visitors to Detroit are more interested in driving cars than driving golf carts. Whether you're a serious gearhead or just love your Jeep, you'll want to motor on over to the Walter P. Chrysler Museum. Located at the Chrysler headquarters complex in Auburn Hills, the museum documents the history and vision of local automaker Chrysler. At 55,000 square feet with three floors, the museum is filled with more than diablo edge irons for sale, custom and concept vehicles. Visitors are invited to get an up-close look at car bodies and engines as they explore the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brands, as well as predecessors such as DeSoto, Hudson, Nash, Plymouth, Rambler and Willys-Overland. The museum's lower level, Boss Chrysler's Garage, displays an eclectic array of historic vehicles, including performance and race cars as well as trucks and Jeeps. The museum's permanent exhibit, Forward Thinking: The Chrysler Story Exhibition, highlights Chrysler milestones from its first vehicle, built in 1924, to the current age of advanced electronics and transistors. From January 11 through March 15, make sure to check out the Dodge Copperhead and Sidewinder concept cars in the special exhibit Muscle Machines. If golf or cars don't meet your fancy, then maybe southeast Michigan's "Mountain of Fun" will do the trick. 25 tree-lined slopes, nine chairlifts, four rope tows, a magic carpet, and four terrain parks offer potential for big air. For a cozy warm up, stop by the Hornet's Nest Lounge for cocktails, dancing and entertainment - you'll feel like you're in the heart of the Rockies. The last weekend of January each year is the Fire & Ice Winterfest in downtown Rochester. Events include a heated entertainment tent with live bands Friday and Saturday nights, dog sled rides, snowman building and children's activities, ice-skating, toboggan runs, horse-drawn trolley rides, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice carving demonstrations, geocaching, fireworks and more. A self-guided restaurant crawl hits some of downtown Rochester's finest dining spots. For more fun-filled activity, Michigan's largest non-profit professional theater offers award-winning productions, incredible intimacy, excellent sight lines and superior acoustics. Of course, if you're a basketball fan, you won't want to miss your chance to see the Pistons play at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Before the game, stop by the Palace Grille, which is open two hours prior to tip-off, for a diverse selection of continental and Mediterranean dishes.

This week in the calendar

Clarke also moves from 111 in the world rankings to 30, which gets him into the remaining World Golf Championships this season for taylormade 2.0 burner irons. Tiger texts help Clarke win first major. For those who thought Tiger was a selfish scoundrel who wanted nothing but wins for himself, guess again. Yup, El Tigre actually sent Darren Clarke a couple of text messages in which he gave the soon-to-be Open Champion tips on how to win taylormade burner irons 2.0. "Darren got two text messages from Tiger," confirmed the Ulsterman's manager, Chubby Chandler, yesterday. "They weren't just 'play well' messages either. It was a real bit of sports psychology." What exactly Tiger related to Clarke is unknown, but clearly the content of the texts were significant, as Clarke went out of his way to acknowledge their importance.

If you’re having trouble

To square the golf club up at impact, (impact is actually about three degrees closed with a driver) you need to start rolling your forearms over earlier. Why, because the golf club head is further away from you. If you’re having trouble squaring up the discount golf equipment face first try choking up a little on the golf club. My opinion is golf club manufacturers make the modern drivers too long anyway. With discount golf equipment Most are about 45 to 46 inches. I prefer 44 inches. Tiger Woods only hits a 43 ½ inch driver. I also prefer the smaller club heads. Everyone is raving about the hybrid woods that are replacing three irons. diablo edge irons for sale rave about how easy the hybrids are to hit. The heads are SMALL and have a low center of gravity. In contrast the new Drivers have a head the size of a basketball and golfers wonder why they can’t square diablo edge irons for sale up. I recommend the 395cc head as the largest acceptable size, not the 460cc style which is actually more difficult to square up at impact.

This week in the calendar

This week in the calendar is always a big week for Luke Donald and Lee Westwood. This year the anticipation is at a whole new taylormade burner irons 2.0. When you’re Nos. 1 and 2 in the Official World Golf Ranking and you haven’t won a major championship, each major is the next chance to capture glory. When you’re from England, and the Open Championship is in England with r11 taylormade driver, it’s an opportunity to get the major monkey off your back at Royal St. George’s in front of the people who know you best. “It’s named for St. George, I guess, so you can’t get much more English than that,” Westwood said. “It’s obviously being played in England, which only happens every now and again, and it’s the biggest championship in the world as far as I’m concerned. “It would mean everything, really, to win this championship.”

I’m not looking at this

I’m not looking at this as his first deal, or a second deal,” Steinberg said Wednesday. “I look at this as showing he’s a global attraction. I expect to have some other announcements by the balance of the year.” Steinberg said an endorsement for Woods’ golf bag -- he has been without one since he returned to golf at the 2010 Masters -- was not necessarily the highest priority. He said he was in discussion with various companies, but any deal probably would wait until after Woods gets back to competition.Woods has not played since May 12, when he withdrew after nine holes from the Players Championship with knee and Achilles injuries. He said Tuesday he had no timetable for his return, only that it would not happen until he was fully healthy. Boston Red Sox pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka, who is sidelined after elbow reconstruction surgery, has also promoted the Vantelin heat rub on Japanese TV. This isn’t the first time Woods has endorsed products in Japan. He appeared in commercials for canned iced coffee in the late 1990s.

The first hole

Mills had a 4-up lead, but Ernst -- the 21-year-old Clovis, Calif., player who won the 2010 and 2011 Mountain West Conference titles -- won five straight holes to take a 1-up lead with five to play. "I kept telling myself that I was still in it," Ernst said. "I was down, but I still believed I could pull it off." The first hole stymied Ernst all day. In both the morning round and playoff, he three-putted for bogey. In the afternoon round, he two-putted from 40 feet to save a double bogey and halve the hole. "It's funny, I played that hole pretty well all week," Ernst said. "But today was a different story. It was a tough hole location with the wind, but I needed to do better." The six-day tournament is limited to players who don't hold privileges at any course that doesn't extend playing privileges to the general public. "I'm exhausted," Mills said. "I was waiting to collapse with four holes to play. My legs are killing me, my feet are killing me. I mean, it feels like I've had such a tough match with everybody, so I'm just mentally drained, physically drained. It's a lot of golf you played in a short period of time.

Every fairway is roped

"Every fairway is roped. We've got marshals on every hole," Probyn said. "It's probably true to say that we do not use professional security in the same way as they do on the PGA Tour." He also said the European Tour was trying to adapt to spectators using mobile phones and other gadgets on a daily basis. "It's kind of reality wherever you go," he added. "It is then about educating people. How to use them and where to use them, and that's something that you'll see changing over the short to middle term." Watson said he came to Europe to experience a new culture. "The reason to come over here was just to experience it," Watson said this week before the start of the tournament. "I've played on the U.S. Tour the whole time and just wanted to come over here, just to experience a different culture, a different life, a different golf, a different atmosphere." But soon Watson felt homesick after carding a 3-over 74 in the first round. "I miss my home," Watson said Thursday. Some of the most famous landmarks in the world apparently didn't stick with him after touring Paris on Tuesday. "I don't know the names of all the things, the big tower, Eiffel Tower, an arch (Arc de Triomphe), whatever I rode around in a circle," he said. "And then what's that -- it starts with an 'L' -- Louvre, something like that. One of those." After saying it might be his last time playing in Europe, Watson said he would play the British Open in two weeks. He wasn't sure if he would fulfill his commitment to play the Scandinavian Masters in Sweden. "I'll play the British Open because it's a major, that's the only reason," Watson said. "I'm going to go sightseeing real quick and then probably sightsee tomorrow (and) get home as fast as possible."
